Mobile-first apps, developer automation, and early SaaS product thinking
I build practical technology projects through product iteration, user feedback, and focused execution.
My current work centers on Boulder Bud, a mobile climbing coaching app, a Discord-based coding
workflow, and Relay, an upcoming SaaS organization concept.
Building practical technology tools and mobile-first product workflows
I am Balong Supnet, a Business Technology Management graduate and product-focused technology
builder working on mobile-first tools, AI-enabled workflows, and early SaaS product concepts. My
current work combines product thinking, hands-on JavaScript development, user feedback, and
iterative UX decisions across Boulder Bud, a custom Discord/Codex development workflow, and Relay,
a planned organizational SaaS direction.
Projects
Current product work plus selected analytics and systems projects
Current builds sit alongside earlier analytics and systems work, showing how I use product
thinking, feedback, and practical workflows to move from idea to usable project.

Current Personal Project
Boulder Bud - AI Climbing Coaching App
Building an AI-powered mobile app that helps climbers analyze bouldering routes, receive
personalized coaching suggestions, and track active projects.
JavaScriptReact NativeExpoNode.jsExpress
Product Focus
Guided hold marking, AI-generated coaching, saved project history, profile setup, and mobile-first flows.
Recent Progress
Improved Quick Beta vs Expert Beta UX decisions, visual coaching overlays, progress tracking, and local persistence.
Mobile App FlowRoute photo to coaching guidance
Climbers mark holds, choose the coaching depth, and receive AI-assisted beta with
visual overlays and saved project cards for future sessions.
Mark HoldsChoose Beta ModeSave Progress
Boulder Bud is a personal project focused on turning climbing route photos into clearer
coaching moments. Recent work has centered on guided hold marking, cleaner onboarding and
profile setup, saved history/project cards, progress tracking, backend API handling, local
persistence, and UX iteration shaped by feedback on how much guidance climbers want at
different points in a session.
Developer Automation
Discord Codex Agent
Built a custom Discord-based coding workflow that connects local development, GitHub,
Vercel, Expo, and project automation.
DiscordGitHubVercelExpoAutomation
Workflow Coverage
Status, review, push, GitHub status, deploy preview/prod, Expo start/stop, new project creation, and ship checks.
Product Impact
Reduced terminal friction with mobile-friendly controls, safer deploy checks, and cleaner logs from Discord.
Automation FlowProject commands from Discord
Slash commands help manage development status, review cycles, deploy checks, Expo sessions,
and repeatable shipping steps for Boulder Bud and future projects.
Check StatusReview + PushDeploy Safely
This workflow supports mobile-friendly development when I am away from a full terminal setup.
It connects common project actions into safer slash-command flows, including project status,
code review, git pushes, GitHub status checks, Vercel preview and production deploys, Expo
start/stop commands, new project setup, and pre-ship checks with cleaner logs.
Upcoming SaaS Concept
Relay
Planning a future SaaS organizational tool for helping users organize work, tasks, projects,
and scattered information into clearer next actions.
Planned upcoming project direction to build after Boulder Bud is more established.
Product Goal
Explore practical workflow design for turning scattered tasks and information into actionable structure.
Early ConceptOrganize scattered work into next actions
Relay is not launched or complete. It is an early SaaS product direction focused on
organization, productivity, and clearer daily workflow decisions.
Capture WorkClarify TasksPlan Next Actions
Relay is a planned future SaaS project, not a completed or launched product. The current
direction is early-stage product planning: defining the workflow problem, thinking through
organization and productivity use cases, and shaping how a tool could help users turn loose
information, tasks, and projects into clearer action.

Past Project
YMCA Evaluation Dashboard
Developed a KPI dashboard experience to help stakeholders review program data, monitor
outcomes, and make better-informed operational decisions.
Improved access to KPI reporting and surfaced clearer program insights for stakeholder review and evaluation.
Dashboard Visuals
Data IntakeKPI DashboardStakeholder Review
The capstone centered on organizing evaluation data into a usable structure, designing a
clean dashboard interface, and presenting KPIs in a way that supported non-technical
stakeholders. The result was a practical reporting tool that connected data collection,
backend storage, and front-end visibility into one streamlined workflow.
Past Project
Invoice PDF Analyzer
Built a local analytics prototype that converts supplier invoice PDFs and images into
sandwich ingredient cost, gross margin, and price trend insights.
Turned supplier invoice files into margin visibility so restaurant operators could review cost changes by sandwich and component.
App Visuals
Invoice UploadLine Item ParsingMargin Analysis
The app uses text extraction for PDFs and local OCR for image invoices, then applies deterministic
parsing, item classification, ingredient alias mapping, and unit conversion logic. Matched invoice
rows are rolled into sandwich recipes so users can compare ingredient cost, selling price, gross
profit, gross margin, and component-level changes over time.
Past Project
Credit Risk Classification Model
Built a supervised learning workflow to classify credit risk and support better lending
decisions through interpretable model evaluation.
Pythonpandasscikit-learn
Key Tools
Python, pandas, scikit-learn
Business Impact
Translated model performance into practical risk insights that support better lending decisions and evaluation quality.

Data PrepModel TestingRisk Review
This project focused on preparing and analyzing credit data, selecting classification
techniques, and evaluating model performance using common metrics such as accuracy,
precision, recall, and confusion matrices. Beyond the technical model output, the work
emphasized how data patterns can inform business decisions around risk segmentation and
responsible lending.

Operational environments that strengthened systems awareness and decision support skills
UNIQLO
Sales Associate
Worked in a fast-paced retail environment with exposure to POS workflows, RFID-supported
inventory processes, product standards, and real-time operational coordination. The role
strengthened my understanding of how content accuracy, system discipline, brand consistency,
and process follow-through affect customer experience, stock visibility, and daily store execution.
Nespresso
Coffee Specialist
Supported customer interactions using CRM and sales systems while contributing to
performance tracking, product recommendation, and service consistency. This experience
reinforced transferable strengths in interpreting customer needs, working within structured
systems, and using operational information to improve service and decision-making.
